The students will have
to take both internal as well as External Examinations. The
External Examination will be conducted by the M.G.
University at the end of each semester, according to the
course structure. The Internal Examination will be conducted
by the concerned course teacher. The teacher will administer
sufficient number of tests in the particular paper and the
marks secured by the students will be recorded and the aggregate
will be taken as the internal mark for the particular paper.
The conduct & evaluation
of Internal Examination for each paper will be done soleLy
by the concerned teacher and he/she has been bestowed all
discretionary powers to conduct the examinations fairly and
objectively.
The Examination fee for the
students is as per the rates given below:
- As. 50/- per paper in each semester
- As. 25/- for marklist in each semester
- As. 25/- as application fee.

Classes will be
from 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.

Attendance will be marked by the teacher
at the beginning of every period.

The annual certificate of attendance
and progress will not be granted if the student fails
to secure the attendance prescribed for the course.

Application for leave should be submitted
to the Head of the Departments concerned. In case of sickness
for more than three consecutive days application for the
same should be supported by medical certificate.

A student absenting without leave for
more than ten consecutive working days will have his /
her name removed from the rolls and he / she may be re-admitted
only on payment of all fee dues with fine.

Student should get 75% of attendance
of the year, failing which the deficiency will be condoned
only when the Syndicate is satisfied that the absence
was for, reasons beyond the control of the students.
