അഡ്മിഷന് വേണ്ടിയുള്ള നിർദേശങ്ങൾ

1. കോളേജ് വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ അലോട്ട്മെൻറ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള യൂസർനെയിം പാസ്സ്‌വേർഡ് വഴി ലോഗിൻ ചെയ്താൽ അലോട്ട്മെൻറ് മെമ്മോ കാണാവുന്നതാണ്. അലോട്ട്മെന്റ് മെമ്മോയും ആപ്ലിക്കേഷൻ ഫോമും പ്രിന്റെടുത്ത് അഡ്മിഷൻ സമയത്ത് കൊണ്ടു വരേണ്ടതാണ്.
2. കോളേജ് പോർട്ടലിൽ ഓൺലൈനായി ഫീസ് അടച്ച് നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ലഭിച്ച കോഴ്സിലെ അഡ്മിഷൻ ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്. (അഡ്മിഷന് വരുമ്പോൾ ഫീസ് അടച്ച രസീത് നിർബന്ധമായും കൊണ്ട് വരേണ്ടതാണ് )
3. ഫസ്റ്റ് അലോട്ട്മെന്റ് ലഭിച്ച കോഴ്സിൽ ഫീസ് അടച്ച് അഡ്മിഷൻ ഉറപ്പു വരുത്തിയാൽ മാത്രമേ അടുത്ത അലോട്ട്മെന്റുകളിൽ വിദ്യാർഥി നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ള ഹയർ ഓപ്ഷൻസ് കോഴ്സുകളിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്താൻ സാധിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ .
4. ഫസ്റ്റ് അലോട്ട്മെന്റ് ഫീസ് അടച്ച് അഡ്മിഷൻ ഉറപ്പാക്കിയവർക്ക് അടുത്ത അലോട്ട്മെന്റുകളിൽ ഹയർ ഓപ്ഷൻസ് കിട്ടിയില്ലെങ്കിലും ആദ്യത്തെ അലോട്ട്മെന്റ് കോഴ്സിൽ പ്രവേശനം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
5. ഫസ്റ്റ് അലോട്ട്മെന്റ് ലഭിച്ച കോഴ്സിൽ ഫീസ് അടച്ച് അഡ്മിഷൻ ഉറപ്പാക്കാത്തവർക്ക് അടുത്ത അലോട്ട്മെന്റ് ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ ആദ്യ അലോട്ട്മെൻറ് ലഭിച്ച കോഴ്സും നഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്.
6. നിലവിൽ ഫീസടച്ച് സ്ഥിര പ്രവേശനം നേടിയ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികള്‍ 11/06/2026 വൈകിട്ട് 5 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി പുതുതായി ഹയർ ഓപ്ഷൻ ചേർക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. (Shall Edit afresh by yourself)
7. ഫീസ് അടക്കുന്നതിന് നേരിട്ട് കോളേജിൽ വരേണ്ടതില്ല. കോളേജ് വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ വിവിധ തീയതികളിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന മൂന്ന് അലോട്ട്മെൻറ്കൾക്ക് ശേഷം കോളേജ് നിർദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത് മാത്രം അഡ്മിഷനുവേണ്ടി കോളേജിൽ വരേണ്ടതാണ്.
8. അഡ്മിഷൻ വരുന്നവർ ഫീസ് അടച്ച റെസിപ്റ്റ്, ഒറിജിനൽ പ്ലസ് ടു സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്, ട്രാൻസ്ഫർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്, കണ്ടക്റ്റ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്, ആധാർ കാർഡ്, 2 passport size photo, ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്ക്റ്റ്, ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ മൈഗ്രേഷൻ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്, തുല്യത സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്, വരുമാന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്, weightage സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് – സ്പോർട്സ് ആർട്സ്, NSS, NCC, Scouts and Guides, Ex-Servicemen), ഫിസിക്കലി ഡിസബിലിറ്റി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് (if applicable) എന്നിവ നിർബന്ധമായും അഡ്മിഷൻ സമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
9. ആപ്ലിക്കേഷനിൽ നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്ന വിവരങ്ങൾ തെറ്റാണെങ്കിൽ അഡ്മിഷൻ റദ്ദാക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്. ഇതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടു കോളേജിന് യാതൊരുവിധ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Instructions to candidates for admission

1. Once the allotment is published on the college website, log in using your username and password to view your allotment memo. Kindly bring hard copy (printout) of allotment memo and Application form at the time of admission.
2. You must confirm your admission to the allotted programme by paying the fees online through the college portal. (You must bring the fee payment receipt when you come for admission.)
3. You must pay the fee and confirm admission in the programme you allotted in the First Allotment. This is a prerequisite to consider your higher option to the next allotment.
4. If you have already paid the fee and confirmed your First Allotment admission, but you don’t get a higher option in the next allotments, your admission in the first allotted programme will remain safe.
5. If you do NOT pay the fee and confirm admission in your First Allotment, and you also don’t get a seat in the next allotments, then you will lose the programme in the First Allotment.
6. Students who have already paid the fee and taken permanent admission must add their new higher options afresh before 5:00 PM on 11/06/2026 if they want to be considered for higher options.
7. You do not need to come to the college in person to pay the fees. Come to the college only for admission at the time instructed by the college, after the three allotments that will be published on the college website on different dates.
8. Candidates coming for admission must produce the fee payment receipt, original Plus Two certificate, Transfer Certificate, Conduct Certificate, Aadhar card, two passport size photos, Caste Certificate, Migration certificate/Equivalency certificate/ Income Certificate (if needed) weightage certificates – Sports, Arts, NSS, NCC, Scouts and Guides, Ex-Servicemen, and Physically Disabled Certificate (if applicable).
9. If the information provided in the application is found to be incorrect, the admission will be cancelled. The college will not have any responsibility in this regard.
