MES recognizes the importance of Happiness at Workplace and with this view has established Centre of Happiness, a hallmark in the history of MES. Centre of Happiness aims to promote happiness and
well-being among the students and faculty of MES College Marampally and set an example on how work life balance can be maintained, enhance the quality of work life, develop contentment and sasfacon at work place etc. The centre aims for sharing and spreading happiness by way of employee engagement, recreaon and joyful acvies. The Centre offers an excellent plaorm for the students and faculty of MES to come together, exchange ideas and perspecves and also spend me on small recreaonal acvies on a regular basis.
