The course MHRM was started in the year 2014. The course was functioning as a part of the BBA Department. The course is affiliated to MG University (Self-financing.) 4 students joined for the course in the year 2014-15. The strength gradually increased from 4 to 25. There has been tremendous improvement in the no. of students doing the course as well as the quality of the students. Students from different areas of interests are aspiring for the course now. In 2018, MHRM was separated from BBA department and started functioning as a separate Department with distinct identity. Apart from the curriculum, the course aspires for overall development of the students, focusing on their personality development and overall development of managerial as well as HR skills. The course is highly job oriented and more than 50% of the outgoing students are well placed, every year.
