MES College Marampally is committed in ensuring the safety of women in their work environment. The Anti Sexual Harassment Cell alias Internal Complaint Cell (ICC ) of the college constituted as per the guidelines of UGC coordinates the functions and activities. Programmes are annually organised to spread awareness about the rights of the stakeholders and sensitise them about this issue.
