Psychology Lab

The department has a full-fledged Laboratory with a possible seating arrangement for 50 students at a time. The lab is equipped with, 44 apparatus which can be used for assessing various behavioral aspects. Thus it has facilities for conducting experiments in many edge areas of Psychology.

The lab has both objective and projective tests. The major equipments include apparatus for assessing span of attention, demonstrating geometrical illusion, aesthesiometer, Maze to assess learning etc. Projective tests include tests like, SCT and TAT. Meanwhile, Neuropsychological assessment test like comprehensive trail making test, brief visuo spatial memory test. Currently the lab is engaged in several applied activity based projects to enhance the practical dimension of behavioral sciences.
